Stopped my guts

As soon as I started taking this, my bowel movements stopped.. so either this caused it or the MagO7 has changed and no longer works

I purchased this product because I had been experiencing heartburn for a few months due to stress. I did some research on how to alleviate it without OTC medications that only do more harm. The article I found recommended pro and pre biotics and digestive enzymes. I turned to NB Pure because of the quality of your products. Though both aid digestive health and function, they are different! Digestive enzymes help the stomach break down food into usable nutrients for energy and growth. Probiotics are good bacteria living in the intestinal microbiome that may benefit our digestion and immune health.

Both are necessary for digestive health. Maintaining or improving gut health is difficult, and the relationship between digestive enzymes and probiotics is complex, but both may complement each other to support healthy digestion. Together, enzybiotics works to support both the upper and lower GI.

We suggest taking enzybiotic before meals. It may begin working within five to ten minutes when taken on an empty stomach.
